Mike is a European Chartered Engineer (US Professional Engineer equivalent) and Member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology. He gained his degree in Electronics and Radio Engineering at the Cambridge College of Technology in Cambridge, England and on coming to the US in 1993, also had Sales & Marketing equivalent degrees confirmed.

Started Bayly Presentations in early 2001, after serving the Mobile Radio Industry for 40 years. 12 years in engineering and 28 years in systems sales & marketing. Was responsible for the design and sale of many complex wireless systems. Brought a new wireless technology to the U.S.A. from the U.K and set up the organization to market and sell. Required detailed negotiations and presentations with Federal departments (Federal Communications Commission) and Industry Standards organizations in Washington D.C. and throughout North America.

During his time in Sales and Marketing, Mike was responsible for the design and delivery of hundreds of Presentations when he developed some unique methods for dynamic presentations and for turning complex technical issues into easily understood presentations. Always being highly complemented on his Presentation Skills he was often told he ought to teach others how to prepare and deliver presentations. That opportunity arose during early 2001 and Bayly Presentations LLC was born.

Mike now offers seminars and workshops aimed at all levels of skill from CEO to private individuals in all aspects of preparing and delivering presentations and speeches. The power to communicate live and influence is an essential skill today.
